Emails This is what I use, you are free to come up with your own. "We have special discounts and promotions for our customers with email addresses, whats your email address so that you dont miss out on these special savings?" "We have a weekly contest for a free reading for our customers with email addresses, what's your email address for your chance to win a free reading with our best master psychic?" "Would you like a chance to win a free reading? We will notify the winners each week by email, what's your email address so that we can let you know when you are winner? Conversion! Now, these have been very helpful to me and a few others. They were amazed when they saw their stats. The key to conversion that i have found successful is to make the caller think as if you are doing something special for them and only them. Also, sound excited! Here is my favorite!! When there is dead time, right after i get the birthday on page one, I ask them if they ever had a reading before, if they say no, I tell them that they are in for a really special treat and for being a first time caller, I will do something special for them, I give them the first 3/5 minutes of every call that they make free but they must call within the next five mintues inorder to get it free all day today. So i say something like this, "For being a special caller today, I am going to authorize the first 3/5 Minutes free of every call you make today, did you hear that? EVERY CALL YOU MAKE TODAY, you will get 3/5 minutes free, How does that sound to you?" In order to get every free minutes on every call you make today, you must make your first call within the next five minutes." then they get excited, so i jump back into the script reading all the disclaimers, telling them about the additional time, etc, etc the must be 18 part, etc and who we are sponsered by etc. THE DISCLAIMER MUST BE READ WORD FOR WORD, THE AMOUNT OF FREE MINUTES MUST BE TOLD, THE AMOUNT OF THE CALL AFTER THE FREE MINUTES, MUST BE TOLD As I am reading the disclaimer, you can hear it in their voices, they are ready to make their first call and they feel as if you have taken up 2 of their minutes already and that they need to call. This would be a sale!!! Now, if they have called before, i repeat the same stuff as above but i say, for being a repeat caller, i will authorize your free minutes on every call you make, because we appreciate your business and this is our way of saying thank you. Please remember that you are free to change it up as long as you say the disclaimers, the amount of free minutes, the cost of the call after the free minutes etc. Also, i found that if you tend to whisper as if you have a secret that you only want your best friend know, it becomes personal with the caller. Now, you do want to be loud enough so that they can hear you but low enough to make it seem secretive. Keys to making it personal "I'll tell you what I'll do for you" "Now, how does this sound?" "What if i gave you?" "I dont do this for everybody, but." Get the idea Closing the call! I say something like this " You are lucky, one of our very best psychics has just become available and i know you want your questions answered so i have reserved this one for you for the next five minutes so you need to hurry up and call right away, ok?" "I have just placed our best psychic on hold just for you but i can only hold the line for 5 minutes, so call now ok? For those that only want ms cleo, and yes you will get some, say something like this. "Well i cant guarantee you ms cleo, but what i can do for you is request ms cleo and her small group of specially trained psychics and you will be guaranteed to speak to only her or her specially trained choosen group." Its the next best thing to her, and they know that they will never get her cause she is busy so they will call thinking that they will get her select few. Remember, if the caller calls back more than one time, thats your conversion going up and up, out the roof!! We want that!!
