Beginning Monday January 14, 2002 the pay structure will be changed to the following:

Weekly Pay.

Compensation periods will run from Monday to Sunday of each week. Checks will go by Wednesday of each week.

Pay Structure:
Base rate of .21cents per minute. up to 400 minutes a week
.23cents per minute for 400-999 minutes per week.
.24cents for over 1000 minutes per week.
If your conversion is less than 14% your rate of pay will be dropped by .01cents.
If your conversion is over 16% your rate of pay will be added an additional .01cents.

The Network has forwarded a great idea to improve conversions! Please ask all of your reps not to ask the caller "will you call in the next 5 minutes"? (as it says at the end of the script), but rather have them say in an excited fashion the following. "I've reserved the best psychic on the
network for you and I am going to help you connect! Please push the flash button on your phone and dial the number that I just gave you, then hit flash again". Have the rep stay on with the caller and affirm how much of a positive difference our readers can make in their lives using power words and phrases until they hit the psychic network carousal that gives them the extension of the psychic that they will be connected with. Then they can hang up. If they do not have call waiting say "not a problem dial the number right now and I will stand by as I have reserved the best psychic on the
Network for you!

It is essential to the industry that our group conversions are 2% higher. We know that you can do it!

Starting next week some new promotions and scripts will began coming live to your screens.

We have posted them on the website for you to review. They are BULK BILLING 10 FREE and BULK BILLING LD

The Bulk billing screens will be upselling a Long Distance program instead of the club program. This will be live the afternoon of the 15th. The Long Distance program will be giving out a 10 digit pin number. If the long distance program is taken, an address is required. You will notice that you will have to fill in the address section to continue on the screen. At the end of the script you will also offer the caller to transfer them directly to a psychic to use their bulk billing time. There will be screen directions for the agents to inform the caller to stay on the line while the agent disconnects. The caller will then be transfered.

**Please note that is a caller takes the long distance program, 30 minutes is added to their bulk billing pin. Please let me know if you have any questions**

Here is the new pay structure: Currently we are paying out two weeks at a time with about a 10 day delay from the end of the second week. This is of course determined by when we receive our funding for the second week. If it gets to us earlier than we can pay earlier. If it gets to us later than we must all wait until the funds are delivered. Now, you must do a minimum of 20 minutes per week in order for us to pay you for that week. Starting on 12/03/2001 all VCC extensions will be set at a base rate of .23 cents per minute with a bonus structure as follows:

Those that do over 200 minutes in a two week pay period will be paid a bonus of .01 cents more per minute. Those who do over 400 minutes in the pay period will be paid a bonus of an additional .01 cents a minute more for all of your minutes. Any extension who has over a 16% conversion for the 30 day period at the time of compensation, (no matter how many minutes you put in - as long as it's over 20 minutes in a week) will receive an additional .01 cent bonus per minute.

Under 200 minutes - base rate of .23

200 to 399 minutes - .24 (bonus of .01 cent more per minute)

400 minutes and above .25 (bonus of .01 cent more per minute)

Over 16% conversion a bonus of .01 cent more per minute over the two week pay period.

We are having a HOLIDAY DRAWING where the top performers every day will be entered. The people with the highest conversions, e-mail captures, club sells, and Tarot Power sells each day will be entered in the drawing as well as the manager for the top performing group for the day. We have purchased $500.00 worth of gifts, and gift certificates and we will be holding the drawing in 2 weeks. Please let every rep know that not only do they have an opportunity to generate a good revenue stream for the holidays, but if they put their mind to it there is a good chance that they could earn one of the gifts!
